When will my Curious Dish be delivered?

During the checkout process, you will be prompted to select your ideal time slot. Your Curious Dish will be delivered during the time window of your choice. To order your first meal, click here.

Can I change my delivery time?

You can log in via the Curious Table website or app and adjust your time up to 24 hours in advance. Click here to log in to your account.

Can I pause my delivery?

We take pride in providing a personal chef experience and our food delivery service. That being said, we need to plan special ingredients accordingly and so do you! We can only pause your delivery up to 24 hours in advance. This is to guarantee the consistency and quality of our fresh cooked foods. If a week’s delivery is canceled, we will roll your credit forward to a future week, or you can donate your meal to a deserving family. Click here to log in to your account.

Do you offer vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or dairy-free?

Yes! Our Chefs take pride in their versatile abilities to create outstanding allergy-friendly and special diet dishes. With a personal chef food service, we want to deliver you the best! When selecting your subscription or per Curious Dish, you may choose a Meat-Based, Plant-Based, or Mixed-Meal option. Also, we will learn all about your family’s preferences, and if you have any allergies or are dairy or gluten-free during the sign-up and intake process. How does a Curious Table meal arrive?

Your Curious Dish will arrive handmade by a personal chef and perfectly hot (or cold depending on the dish) in an insulated bag. Each part of the menu is served in high-quality glass and wood dishes with lids, ready for your table or to be refrigerated.

How do I return the insulated bag and dishes?

Simply place the dirty dishes (don’t bother cleaning!) back in the bag, and set by your front door. We will pick them up on our next round.

What if I forget to set the bag and dishes outside my door?

No problem, just leave it out for your next delivery date. If you accumulate more than two sets of bags and dishes, we may ask for a refundable deposit.

How do I know my Curious Dish is on its way?

We will send you a text message when en route to your front door.

Do I have to wash the dishes?

Not unless you really want to! This is a true chef-to-table experience that requires no work, preparation, or cleaning on your part. Let your personal chef do the dirty work for you. Simply set the mood and your table for an inspired Curious Table creation in the comfort of your home. Just put the dishes back in the tote when done.

What is your cleaning process or procedures?

We wash, rinse, sanitize, and air-dry our dishes and totes according to local health codes and standards.

How are you dealing with COVID-19?

We are practicing extreme diligence in food hygiene and safety practices. This means rigorous safety, cleaning, and sanitation protocols – we don’t miss a single temperature check and always wear masks and food-service gloves throughout preparation and delivery. We follow the guidance offered by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the World Health Organization, and others.
We also offer contact-free operations and disposable dishes, if preferred and requested
by the customer.

Where does the food come from?

Committed to excellence, we select our produce and raw ingredients with care. We shop at discerning local markets, use quality wholesale food suppliers, and choose all-natural and organic ingredients whenever available.

Is your food made fresh?

Always! Our meals are prepared just prior delivery, no heat lamps, nothing frozen or prepackaged, and never reheated.

I have a problem with my order. What do I do?

Just let us know. We are committed to your complete satisfaction in every aspect of the Curious Table experience. If something does not meet your expectations, we will do everything possible to make it right. Please contact us here.

I won’t be home on time. What do I do?

Reply to the delivery text with how you’d like us to proceed. We will attempt to accommodate any last-minute changes the best we can.

How do I tell you about dietary restrictions and allergies?

After you have signed up, we will contact you for the intake process. This is where we learn about you and each member of your family’s dietary needs and preferences, including but not limited to:

Plant-based and/or meat-based eating habits for each family member.
Food allergies, including nuts, dairy, and any other allergens.
Taste preferences.
Gluten-free needs.
Spice levels.
Protein needs.
Portion sizes and leftover preferences.
Option to use the ‘convenience package’ which includes plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, and a carafe of purified water ready for you to serve your family.
